Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here is everything you need to know about our cancellation and refund terms.
Full Refund
Cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date and receive a 100% refund of your payment.
50% Refund
Cancel between 3 and 6 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel or modify your booking, contact us directly via WhatsApp at (+212) 661 620 926 or by email at originaldesertcamp@gmail.com. Please include your name, booking dates, and tent type.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the booked date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
New Year & Special Events
Bookings during New Year's Eve and other special event periods are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of extreme weather, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with guests to reschedule at no additional charge.
